25 Man Raiding Wednesday and Thursday

Alright. You guys caught me. We will be attempting 25's. I know I said that we are strictly a 10 man guild, but times have changed and we have grown a ton in the past couple of months. In order to make sure we will be able to continue to provide everyone with a raiding experience that wants it, we will be testing how 25s work this week on Wednesday March 28th and Thursday March 29th.

What this means for You

So basically guys, we need you guys to sign up on the calendar and make sure that you are on time and are ready to pull by 8:30 server time on Wednesday. (That is CST so adjust accordingly) You will also need to have mumble installed and working by Wednesday. (You don't need to talk, just be able to listen and respond) All consumables will be provided for you when you show up. Loot rules will work exactly the same. If this works well, we will be adopting a different style of loot system. If we have the people on for 25, which I know we do have the people in guild for it, we will pull. Otherwise, we will just go right back to 10 mans as we have been doing in the past. We are trying to do this so we accommodate everyone in the guild.

If you plan on raiding with us, you need to review (or read if you haven't yet) our guild charter and raiding loot rules. We expect you to be familiar with them.

If you have any questions about this, please contact one of the officers either in game or in mumble. If you have possibly forgotten who we are it is as follows:

Xenophias - any comment that says Jake

Linneaus - any comment that says Eric

Jurundra - Yuhu and Holdmypizza

Gneisha - any comment with Gneisha

Exocake - any toon with the prefix Exo

Remember this is a trial run and we are trying to see if this works. So please, help us out the best you can and we look forward to this on Wednesday.

Let's face it - the Mekgineer's Chopper is ridiculously badass. I mean, look at this:

Have you ever wanted one for your very own but didn't want to shell out the gold to get one? (By the way, it's still like 13k gold or so.)

WELL NOW IS YOUR CHANCE!

<Mountain Top> will be auctioning off a Mekgineer's Chopper mount on Sunday, March 25th. Between now and then, you can buy AS MANY TICKETS as you want. Tickets are 10 gold each. To buy tickets, send the gold to Tupelo via in-game mail. The subject should be something along the lines of CHOPPER or something so we know what the mail is exactly, as the regular lottery will be running alongside this raffle as well.

There will be a post on the forums tracking ticket numbers once we start getting some ticket sales in, so you don't need to remember your number.

You don't need to be present at the raffle drawing to win, either, although if you can be it's preferable!

Remember, this mount still goes for a really good chunk of gold. The proceeds from ticket sales will go toward gems, herbs, enchanting materials, and fish for the guild bank.

Remember. CHOPPERS ARE COOL.

Also, they carry friends.

Off mountains.

And kills them.

Not that I would EVER DO THAT.

This Tuesday, Mountain Top completed its first legendary weapon! Congratulations to Jurundra on finishing up his Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest quest! Guild 2's Tournament March 11

Alright guys, its time to show us how good you are at killing people. Next Sunday, March 11, we will be hosting a tournament between guildies to see who is the best 2's Arena Team in the guild. Here are all the rules:

All arena rules will apply. We will be using the War Games system so this won't be a problem.
Your team must consist of guild members. I know some of you might have partners outside of the guild, but this is for the guild guys, so pick someone, practice a little bit and see how good you guys do.
You must sign up with a team name and the participates in the Forums. That means, if you haven't registered for the forums, this is a great time to do it.

Guys, we will be giving away prizes for the Winner and Runner-up. The Winning Team will receive 5000g and the Runner-up will receive 2000g(Split amongst the 2 members ofcourse). If you have any questions, please direct them to an officer or Sayla in game. Good Luck guys at Killing Each Other!
